The Role
As a Wireless Sales Associate, you’ll be an essential part of the store team — the first face customers see and a key reason they leave happy. Working side by side with our Sales Representatives, you’ll be responsible for:
• Welcoming customers and setting the tone for a great experience
• Managing inbound calls and connecting customers with the right solutions
• Demonstrating devices and walking customers through product features
• Setting up accessories and getting customers ready to go
• Diagnosing and resolving basic device and service issues
• Delivering reliable, friendly customer service at every touchpoint
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
• Completing CRM entries and supporting back-office record-keeping

Qualifications
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passion for technology and a knack for explaining it clearly
• Confident communicator in person and over the phone
• Organized, adaptable, and able to handle multiple priorities at once
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Collaborative mindset with a results-driven attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required — we hire for potential
