What You'll Do
What You'll Do
As a Wireless Sales Assistant, you're the backbone of the in-store experience. You'll work alongside our experienced Sales Representatives to make sure every customer feels welcomed, helped, and taken care of. Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting customers and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Answering inbound calls and directing customers to the right solutions
- Walking customers through device demos and product walkthroughs
- Installing accessories and helping customers get set up
- Troubleshooting basic device and service issues
- Handling customer service needs with patience and professionalism
- Keeping the store organized, clean, and visually sharp
- Supporting the team with basic CRM data entry and record-keeping

What We're Looking For
- 18 or older
- A genuine love for technology and helping people
- Strong communicator — in person and on the phone
- Ability to multitask without dropping the ball
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A team player who also has a competitive streak
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus — but the right attitude can outweigh a résumé

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
