About Us: Hotspot Cell is a dynamic and growing Wireless Zone Verizon Franchisee dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and innovative solutions to our clients. As we expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team.
Position Overview: The Personal Assistant will play a vital role in supporting various store operations, ensuring our facilities run smoothly, and assisting the leadership team with administrative tasks. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our store's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the owner’s calendar, appointments, and communications.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally.
- Assist with the Office Manager with various projects.
- Act as an administrative support to the leadership team, handling scheduling, communication, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal or administrative assistant (experience in retail or mobile phone industry preferred).
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a busy environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
