What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop your store team every single day
- Drive sales of Verizon's full lineup of devices, plans, and services
- Own the details — inventory, contracts, customer follow-through, and clean operations
- Build a store culture your team actually wants to show up to
- Stay sharp on the latest tech and competitive landscape
- Recruit and develop the next generation of store leaders
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience
- 1–3 years of management or team leadership
- High energy, accountability, and a competitive spirit
- Someone who leads from the floor — not just the back office
